Since 2000 Brasserie Bread has been producing and supplying an award-winning range of artisan bread, pastries & cakes to over 300 top restaurants, hotels, cafés and deli's across Sydney and the ACT.
Our artisan breads include Organic Sourdough, Italian Rustic, Grains and Spelt and other Specialty Breads. All our breads, pastries and cakes contain no artificial additives or preservatives.
Our Baking School offer kids baking classes, school excursions and artisan bread baking workshops for the public. The hands-on baking courses are designed to introduce the joys of artisan baking to people of all ages.
